Steve Williams, President

Before founding Williams Development, Inc., Steve Williams spent 25 years honing his skills as a luxury home builder including years as president of Fischer & Frichtel Signature Homes. Since founding his own company, he has used his experience and communication skills to forge it into one of the fastest-growing luxury home builders in the area. "Building a home is a team effort," he says, "and our building team is one of the best in the business." Under his personal guidance, it continues to flourish.






Keith Fernau, Lead Superintendent

With many years in residential construction under his belt, Keith Fernau is an important asset to Williams Development, Inc. He began officially as a graduate of the 1985 Local #185 Apprentice Program, and then worked for 17 years as a trim carpenter and supervisor before becoming a superintendent. Keith oversees all construction as the lead Superintendent.








R. Jay Sax, Project Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, R. Jay Sax offers a tremendous amount of expertise in the Homebuilding field. The last 12 years have been spent primarily in the Custom Home building segment of the industry. R. Jay prides himself on managing the building process, tremendous attention to detail and excellent communication with all parties involved in the process. He is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management.







Angela Hudson, Office Manager

Keeping the work flow running smoothly and efficiently is the responsibility of Angela M. Hudson, Williams Development's Office Manager. With more than 15 years' experience in management, her skills in helping to run a highly detailed operation have proven very beneficial to the company. She is a graduate of Jefferson College, Hillsboro, MO., with a degree in business management.
